I see the sun...

After a week full of rain, blue skies and the sunshine are truly a blessing.

I am blessed...

The Lord has blessed me with many things,

-The Sun (without it, there would be no flowers or warm days to go to the beach)

-The Stars (without them, what would we look at at night?)

-Cookies (especially peanut butter)

-My Family (i love them and my life would be completely different without them. my parents are the best, they're there for me when i need them and set a Godly example for my life. My brothers may be annoying, but i love them anyway)

-My Friends (I am blessed with the most amazing friends)

-Rain (what would we drink?)
-A home (where would i sleep?)

Rain helps me write...

"My heart feels, the way it does after a heavy rain,
The way it makes me feel... like I don’t have anything to say.
No blue sky... dull clouds.
Nothing to brighten my spirits, just grayness all around."

No one thinks twice about the wind...

"Life like the wind blows...
They can hear it, but they can not see me.
They can see the...
But don’t understand all the energy it takes."

Review: Sent

Sent (The Missing, #2)Sent by Margaret Peterson Haddix

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book didn't get to me like the first book Found did. Sent is the second book of The Missing series. I found book one to be very interesting and exciting to read. This one on the other hand was quite lifeless and it seemed like the author was trying too hard to continue the storyline. Honestly, when Margaret Peterson Haddix comes out with book three, I will have to read it. It's just terrible to start a book series and not finish it. Just be warned that if you read the first book Found you ARE going to have to read the next one. It's just a state of fact. You'll want to know what happens next. Just be prepared not to like Sent. But hey, you may like it, you may not. But I'm not saying it wasn't a good book. Yes, I was disappointed, but everyone has different tastes. It was okay, but not amazing.
